Proof of Renters Insurance (Uptown Fullerton Apartments must be listed as an additional insured/interested party. Policy must have $100,000 liability coverage and $20,000 personal property coverage.) You are not required to use any particular company and may purchase insurance from any company you wish. Deans and Homer offers water overflow and plumbing backup in addition to Living Expense coverage in the standard policy.

"Nice amenities, big patios, and pet friendly. Maintenance is great and always comes fast, and the office is really nice. The property took COVID really seriously and supplied masks and hand sanitizer and reached out with updates weekly. I will be staying another year until I graduate from CSUF! Thank you Uptown for making this a great college experience!"

"I toured with Uli, loved it, and moved in! The office staff are really nice and maintenance is always seen cleaning around the community. My apartment is perfect for my fiance and I! There is lots of closet space, with washer/dryer, and we have assigned parking. My neighbors in the A building are really nice and the community is pet friendly. I don't usually leave reviews but needed to because we love it here and plan to stay for a while!"
