"Nice amenities, big patios, and pet friendly. Maintenance is great and always comes fast, and the office is really nice. The property took COVID really seriously and supplied masks and hand sanitizer and reached out with updates weekly. I will be staying another year until I graduate from CSUF! Thank you Uptown for making this a great college experience!"

"Uptown Fullerton Apartments is a fantastic place to call home. The landscape is beautiful and well maintained. They have 4 lovely pool areas, and the neighborhood is friendly and pet friendly. It is run by AMC management and the employees are very nice and helpful. My family and I love our apartment."

"I toured with Uli, loved it, and moved in! The office staff are really nice and maintenance is always seen cleaning around the community. My apartment is perfect for my fiance and I! There is lots of closet space, with washer/dryer, and we have assigned parking. My neighbors in the A building are really nice and the community is pet friendly. I don't usually leave reviews but needed to because we love it here and plan to stay for a while!"
